We have loved having Michelle and her team work on our books. They are experts at Quickbooks Online and are SO much faster at processing everything than we were in-house. They are amazing at answering all of our questions. Best of all is they have quickly learned our line of business which is pest control. Because they understand what we do they are better suited to help make sure we're coding accounts properly and avoiding duplication. We're even using the receipt tools now with their help and saving attachments instead of processing papers endlessly. I feel supported in all advice and not judged for accidentally doing something wrong. This is an amazing team that becomes a strong part of your team.
